These pickles are sweet gherkins and we added heat to the juice. The pickles are about as hot as hot store bought pickles but you can fill the jar up with more gherkins and let them sit in the fridge for two weeks. Once the jar is empty the juice can be used in meatloaf and chili. The pickles can be chopped into a relish or put some cream cheese on the pickles and serve on a vegetable tray.
